Supplier raised prices across the board? Annual increase? You don't need to edit items one at a time.
Bulk changes: the Bulk Price Changes tool
- On your Stock page, click Bulk Price Changes at the top
- Apply To: filter which items are affected - by search text and/or a specific category
- Set Prices To: enter a percentage of the current price (eg. 110% raises prices by 10%), choose which price tier to change and what to base it on
- Choose your rounding preference (eg. round to neat amounts)
- Click Preview Changes to see exactly what every price will become before anything happens
- Happy? Click Apply Changes and confirm
Bulk price changes cannot be undone, so always check the preview carefully before applying.
Quick changes: edit a price right in the list
For one-off tweaks, you can edit prices directly on the stock page: double-click a price in the table, type the new amount, and it saves - no need to open the item at all.
