How do I add photos to stock items?

All Articles

Stock photos make the Point of Sale view, your online shop and your stock list far easier to work with. Two ways to add them:

Method 1: From the stock page

  • Open your Stock page and find the item (or use the search filters)
  • Click the photo icon in the item's row
  • Don't see a photo column? Click Columns in the search section and enable it

Method 2: From the stock item itself

  • Use the smart search (top right, stock icon selected), type the item name and click it
  • If you land on the Stock Items view, click the view/edit stock type button at the top
  • At the top of the stock type page is a field to drag & drop a photo, or click it to browse for one

On your phone? Even easier

On a mobile device with a camera, the photo field gives you the option to take a photo with your camera right there - walk the shelves and photograph stock as you go.

Photos automatically appear wherever the item shows: the stock list, Point of Sale buttons, and your online shop if you have one.
