There are two ways to see exactly what you sold over a period, depending on the angle you want.
Method 1: Financial Docs - every line item invoiced
- Go to Customers/Sales > Financial Docs
- Change Display/Search from Document Details to Items/Contents - the results now show the individual line items on your documents instead of one row per document
- Select your date range, and adjust any other filters you need - you can narrow down by customer, salesperson, or amount range, or search for text in the item descriptions
- Optionally export the results (CSV, Excel, PDF or print) - see exporting lists
Method 2: Stock page - sold stock with quantities and profits
- Go to your Stock page
- In the search filters, change View to Stock Sold
- Set the date range, and optionally filter by search text, category, supplier or location
- Use the Columns selector to add columns you want (eg. totals), then export as usual
Rule of thumb: use Financial Docs > Items/Contents when you care about what was billed (including non-stock items); use Stock Sold when you care about stock movement and profits.
