Accounting in WolfAdmin - an overview

WolfAdmin's accounting is designed to be fed automatically by your daily work - invoices, receipts, bank imports and cashups all flow into your accounts without double capturing. The video above gives a full tour.

Financial accounts

Everything gets allocated to a financial account - sales, bank charges, fuel, rent, petty cash. Manage your accounts and move transactions between them easily if something was allocated wrongly.

Journal entries

For the entries that don't come from documents (adjustments, depreciation and the like), add journal entries directly.

Reports

• Ledger - every transaction per account
• Income statement - your profit and loss over any date range
• Balance sheet
• VAT/tax control - what you owe or are owed, ready for filing
