How do I bill a customer automatically every month?

If you charge customers a recurring amount - hosting, memberships, rentals, maintenance plans - the Renewable Services module does the monthly work for you.

Step 1: Make sure the module is enabled

Renewable Services is an optional module - if you don't see Services in your menu, enable the module for your account (or contact us and we will help you switch it on).

Step 2: Create a service type

A service type defines what you sell: its name, price, and how often it renews (monthly or annually). You can also define custom fields to store details on each customer's service - plan names, identifiers, notes, whatever your business needs.

Step 3: Add the service to a customer

On the customer's account, add the service, set its price (use the default or a custom price for that customer) and the renewal date.

Step 4: Let the renewals run

• Choose per service/customer whether renewals invoice automatically, or land on a ready-to-send list you approve with one click
• A renewal report shows what is due, so nothing slips through unbilled
• Reselling the service? Track whether you have paid your supplier for each customer's service
