Frequently Asked Questions
Can I import my data from QuickBooks?
Yes - export your customer list, supplier list, products and balances from QuickBooks and upload them to WolfAdmin. The columns are recognised and mapped automatically, with a preview before anything is saved.
Can I bring my customer balances across?
Yes - upload a balance or aging report and WolfAdmin creates one take-on invoice per customer (or supplier) dated at your cutover date, so statements and age analysis match your previous system.
Will my old invoices come across?
You choose: import opening balances only (quickest), or import your still-open invoices individually with their original dates so per-invoice aging is preserved. Paid history can be imported as sales orders or quotes for reference.
My software isn't QuickBooks, Sage, Zoho or Xero - can I still switch?
Almost certainly. Any CSV with column headings can be mapped manually, and if your export format gives trouble, send it to us - we can usually add automatic support for it quickly.
